What is delivered

Access to the MORADIA application at app.moradia.cv, with your organisation’s account and every piece of data already in it.

When it becomes available

Immediately after the payment is confirmed. In practice access reopens within seconds: the bank confirms the payment to our system, and the system extends the period without anyone stepping in.

There is no email to wait for and no manual activation. If the subscription page still shows the period as unpaid after a few minutes, simply open it again: it re-checks the payment and closes the case.

How you get in

With the credentials you already use. Paying does not create a new account or change the existing one: it extends the period of the one you are using.

Nothing is shipped

No goods, media or printed documentation are dispatched. Because there is no shipping, there are no delivery charges, no delivery times and no territory out of reach: the service works anywhere with an internet connection.

If access does not open

If you have paid and access has not reopened, contact us using the details on this page, with the date and amount of the payment. We will check and resolve it, and if the payment cannot be confirmed, we refund it under the refund policy.
