Properties and owners
One record per property
Type, purpose, area, bedrooms, photos, map location and arrival directions, with sale, rent and nightly prices side by side. The whole team sees the same information.
Drag-and-drop photos
Drag several at once or paste with Ctrl+V. The first one is the cover, and you change the order by dragging.
Owners with history
Each property knows who owns it today and who owned it before, with the date of the change.
Bookings and calendar
Drag-and-drop planning
Drag the booking to change its dates or move it to another house. Pull the edges to shorten or extend the stay.
No overlaps
The second booking is refused the moment someone tries to save it, whoever they are. It never gets to exist.
Prices that work themselves out
Seasons, long-stay discounts, tourist tax and price per person. The total appears as you fill in the booking.
Dated payments
Deposit, balance and refunds, each with its date and method. You know what came in and when.
Lettings and sales
Contracts that remind you
Lettings and sales, with dates, rent and status. A contract nearing its end shows on the dashboard as far ahead as you choose.
Rent month by month
Each month shows as paid, part paid or missing. The security deposit is kept apart, because it is not income.

Questions we get asked
- Does the booking money go through you?
- No. MORADIA does not process payments: it records what you have already been paid, so you know what is still owed. The money never passes through us.
- Is there a fee per booking?
- No. The price is fixed per month, however many bookings you take.
- Do I have to install anything?
- No. It runs in the browser, on a computer and on a phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain.
- Is my data kept apart from other customers’ data?
- It is. Every account has its own space, and that isolation is checked by automated tests on every change to the product.
- Can I leave and take my data with me?
- You can. Bookings and reports export to CSV and Excel at any time, without having to ask anyone for them.
- And my data, does it stay there?
- It does. Nothing is deleted until you ask for it, and the export is always available.
