Properties and owners
The full property record
Type, use, address, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms and sale, rental and nightly prices.
Photos by drag and drop
Drag photos onto the page, paste with Ctrl+V, or pick several at once. Reorder them by the corner; the first one is the cover.
Owners tied to their properties
Every property has its owner, with contact details and tax number.
Bookings and calendar
Monthly calendar
Every booking in the month, property by property, with the status of each one in plain sight.
Drag-and-drop planning
Drag a booking to change the dates or move it to another property. Pull it by the ends to shorten or extend the stay.
No overlaps
The server refuses two bookings on the same property for the same nights. It is not a warning on screen, it is a refusal.
From request to check-out
Pending, confirmed, checked in, checked out or cancelled. Every change is recorded.
Clients, guests and contacts
One record per person
Contact details, ID document, source and history. It serves the guest, the tenant, the buyer and the contact who is none of those yet.
A log of every interaction
Calls, viewings, messages and notes stay on the record, with the date. Whoever picks it up next knows what has already been said.
Client portal
The client signs in with their own email and sees their bookings. No phone call to ask what the dates were.
Communication
WhatsApp with a QR code
Press connect, point the camera, and you are connected. No addresses, no tokens, no setup.
Email through your own server
Messages leave from your domain, not ours. The credentials are stored encrypted.
Automatic messages
Nine moments in a booking, from the request to the review request, each with an email and a WhatsApp version, in all five languages. Turn on only the ones you want.
Reports and export
The numbers that matter
Occupancy, average nightly rate, revenue per available night, average length of stay, booking lead time and cancellation rate.
Any period you like
Dates of your choosing, comparison with the previous period, and filters by property, owner or channel.
CSV and Excel
A six-sheet workbook with a summary, month by month, by property, by owner, by channel and the booking list, in the language of your account.
